Shipment

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time is indicated for each product. If my order contains products with different delivery times, then the longest delivery time applies.

Where are the products delivered?

We primarily deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We also deliver internationally to Germany and Austria.Β 

Which shipping provider delivers the products?

We ship with DPD and, in exceptional cases, with the postal service. The shipping provider may vary for international shipments.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are CHF 8.90 for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150.

For deliveries to Germany and Austria, the delivery costs are CHF 35.- and delivery is free for orders over CHF 350.-.

Where can I check if my order was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder, as important emails sometimes end up there. You can also find your order in your customer account. If you can't find anything, please contact us using the contact form.

Can I check the order status?
